In essence, a vegetarian is a person who doesn’t eat meat. Now I’m not going to go into the philosophy of vegetarianism, its types, and subtypes. The shortest possible description would be: ”all vegetarians avoid eating either animals or their products. For instance, a person might avoid eating chicken meat but will eat a chicken egg. I own a lot of exercise equipment and tend to use them every day. This book has helped me make some delicious protein shakes and snacks that I can eat before and after a workout. I have been vegan and vegetarian for many years. I would like to be least 95% vegan daily. This book has many pointers. Many of them I did not know. A lot of good information. Just great.
